Farmhouse Fennel Salad w/Lemon-Shallot Vinaigrettte

I did not add or subtract anything from the ingredients. I found it to be pretty darn tasty as is. Pine nuts really make a difference so don't skimp on that if you don't have to. It makes the salad special. I happen to have toasted pine nuts on hand so it saved me a bit of prep time.
